公司、客户、银行信息、设备、图片、报价及发票文件保存在你的 Mac 上。轻松报价不建立自有账号，不提供云端托管，不收集广告标识或使用遥测分析，也不包含 AI 调用。业务资料不会自动发送给开发者。
Your business records, equipment, images, quotations and invoices are stored on your Mac. Easy Quote has no developer-managed account, hosted workspace, advertising identifiers, telemetry analytics or built-in AI. Business records are not automatically sent to the developer.
Apple 购买 / Apple purchases
月付、年付订阅及非消耗型一次买断的购买、恢复和权益状态核对由 Apple StoreKit 处理。应用读取 Apple 验证的产品与交易状态以提供对应功能，不接收银行卡号或支付密码。Apple 按其隐私政策处理商店及支付信息。
Apple StoreKit handles monthly and annual subscriptions, the one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase, restoration and access checks. The app reads Apple-verified product and transaction information to provide access. It does not receive payment card details or payment passwords. Apple processes store and payment information under its privacy policy.
可选汇率 / Optional exchange rates
启用刷新时，应用向 ECB 和备用服务 Frankfurter 请求公开汇率；不附带业务记录。这些服务可能记录正常网络连接信息，例如 IP 地址、请求时间和软件/系统信息，用于安全与排障；这类连接信息按诊断信息披露，不用于广告追踪。ECB 的网站隐私说明表示其服务器日志最长保存十个月，服务方政策可能更新。可关闭自动刷新并使用手动汇率。
Optional rate refresh requests public rates from ECB and Frankfurter without your business records. Providers may retain ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address, request time and software/system information, for security and troubleshooting. We disclose this as diagnostic information, without advertising tracking. ECB currently states a maximum ten-month retention period for website server logs; provider policies may change. You can disable automatic refresh and set rates manually.
可选传输 / Optional transfer
局域网传输只在你选择发送或接收时连接同一网络内的设备；配对码包含会话连接信息，发送前需核对两端确认码。接收资料在确认导入前提供预览。你选择的业务资料直接传至接收设备，不经开发者服务器。
Local-network transfer connects devices on the same network only when you choose to send or receive. Pairing codes include session connection details; compare both devices’ confirmation codes before sending. Received records are previewed before import. Selected business data goes to the receiving device without a developer server.
离线二维码传输在本机压缩、加密选定资料，以动态资料码传送，并使用独立解密码解密。该过程不需网络。发送会话和接收进度可临时保存到应用私有目录，以便恢复；发送会话在结束时清除，闲置七天过期。解密码包含解密所需信息，分享资料码和解密码即允许接收者访问该包。
Offline QR transfer compresses and encrypts selected data locally, sends it through animated data codes and uses a separate unlock code for decryption. No network is required. Sending sessions and receive progress may be kept temporarily in private app storage for resumption; sending sessions are cleared when ended and expire after seven days of inactivity. The unlock code carries the information needed to decrypt the package; sharing both codes permits access to it.
导出与备份 / Exports and backups
你选择文件、备份及 Agent 快照的保存位置，并自行决定是否分享。归档保留资料；删除本机内容不会删除外部文件副本。备份可用于迁移到其他兼容安装。应用没有开发者端的业务资料副本。主动向支持邮箱发送的信息由你选择，因此请使用虚构或去敏资料。
You choose where exports, backups and optional Agent snapshots go and whether to share them. Archiving retains records. Removing local data does not remove external copies. Backups support migration to compatible installations. The developer has no server-side copy of your workspace. Any information you voluntarily email to support is your choice; please use synthetic or redacted examples.
以上说明以Mac发行候选为范围。iPhone版本仍在开发和验证，尚未在App Store发布；相机用于扫码传输与本机文字识别，选取的照片和文件用于用户确认的资料录入。识别在设备本地处理；拒绝相机权限仍可使用其他录入方式。手机端的价格、权限与隐私申报以正式发行版本为准。
The preceding policy covers the Mac release candidate. The iPhone version remains in development and has not launched on the App Store. Its camera supports QR transfer and on-device text recognition; selected photos and files support user-confirmed data entry. Recognition is processed locally. Other entry methods remain available if camera access is declined. Final iPhone pricing, permissions and privacy disclosures will be checked before release.
