本页说明的是应用处理资料的方式；网站访问隐私说明另行适用。较早的 1.1 版本曾提供自备 API Key 的 AI 功能，其原版隐私政策仍可查阅。
你录入的资料
Follow-up 是本地优先的客户跟进与排课工具，无需注册 Follow-up 账号。你可以记录客户姓名、联系方式、备注、跟进、提醒、工作场景与自定义字段。教培场景还可能包含孩子姓名、地区、年级、科目与学习薄弱点、家长或监护人的联系方式、课程时段、课次、出勤和相关联系记录。你决定录入哪些资料，并应确保有权处理这些资料。
应用还会在设备上保存设置、同步状态和通知安排。诊断文件仅在你主动导出时生成；只有你自行发送给支持邮箱后，开发者才会收到它。请在发送前检查文件内容。
保存、同步和导出
业务资料首先保存在设备本地。使用 iCloud 同步时，资料由 Apple CloudKit 保存到你的 Apple 账号私有数据库，并在使用该账号的设备间同步。开发者不运营接收这些业务资料的自建服务器。设备通知以及你主动启用的系统提醒事项由操作系统管理。
你主动导出的 JSON 备份或 CSV 文件保存在所选位置，后续是否备份或分享取决于该位置及你的操作。应用导入资料时按记录合并，不会把现有资料作为一个整体覆盖。
AI、跟踪和删除
本政策适用的无 AI 版本不提供 AI 请求或通过第三方 API Key 解锁的功能。旧版本如已在设备钥匙串保存 Key，升级不会自动删除，但本版本不会使用它发起 AI 请求；你可在「设置 → 高级」主动删除旧 AI Key 与配置。
应用不使用广告标识符、第三方广告或分析 SDK，不为广告目的跟踪或出售资料。你可在应用中编辑、删除业务记录；删除传到其他设备需要联网并完成 iCloud 同步。卸载应用不会自动清除 iCloud 私有库、导出文件、系统备份或系统提醒事项中的副本。

Follow-up App Privacy Policy
Updated September 27, 2026. This policy applies to Follow-up for Mac and Follow-up for iOS version 1.2 and later releases without AI features. The website privacy notice covers visits to this site. Earlier version 1.1 offered bring-your-own-key AI features; itsprevious policy remains available.
Information you enter
Follow-up is a local-first app for contacts, follow-ups, and lesson schedules. No Follow-up account is required. You may enter names, contact details, notes, follow-ups, reminders, workspaces, and custom fields. Education records may also contain a child's name, region, grade, subjects and learning needs, a parent or guardian's contact details, lesson times, occurrences, attendance, and related contact notes. You choose what to enter and should have the right to handle that information.
The app also keeps settings, sync state, and notification schedules on your device. A diagnostic file is created only when you export it. The developer receives it only if you send it to support; please review the file before sending.
Storage, sync, and exports
Business records are stored on your device first. If you use iCloud sync, Apple CloudKit stores them in your Apple account's private database and syncs them across devices using that account. The developer does not operate a server that receives these records. The operating system manages device notifications and any system Reminders you choose to enable.
JSON backups and CSV files you export are saved where you choose. Later backup or sharing depends on that location and your actions. Imports merge records rather than replacing your entire collection.
AI, tracking, and deletion
Releases covered by this policy do not offer AI requests or features unlocked by a third-party API key. Updating does not automatically remove a key stored in your device's Keychain by an earlier version, but this release does not use it for AI requests. You can remove the old key and configuration from Settings → Advanced.
The app does not use an advertising identifier or third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, track you for advertising, or sell your information. You can edit or delete business records in the app. A deletion reaches other devices after they connect and complete iCloud sync. Uninstalling the app does not automatically remove copies in iCloud, exported files, system backups, or system Reminders.
